See What Our Clients Say
“As the HR Director for a large medical practice in Pinellas County, customer service is our #1 priority. I look for that same in my personal life when selecting contractors and vendors. From our first contact, I found that with David.
David Berry is someone I would absolutely call upon for future services and recommend to others. He has a wonderful blend of professionalism, honesty, and integrity. He’s also very friendly and quite simply, extremely easy to work with. This, combined with his knowledge of design and ability to oversee the project to finality, resulted in a very happy client.”
Integrity, Ingenuity, and Dependability
“David Berry was the contractor I hired to do the entire demolition and rebuilding of my kitchen, laundry room and breakfast area. Mr. Berry worked with me on an almost daily basis to ensure the project met my specifications, went on schedule and produced the desired result.
I found Mr. Berry to be a man of integrity, ingenuity, and dependability. He maintained high standards of work and demanded excellence of his subordinates, remaining very professional throughout the process.”
Dear David / Fat Finger Construction,
“After having lived with my new kitchen, flooring, and newly painted rooms, I had to write and tell you how very pleased I am with everything. Removing walls and soffit and repairing the ceiling and remaining walls was intimidating, but you pulled it all together with perfection. You replaced the carpet with wood-look ceramic, and my family, friends, and neighbors can attest the workmanship is exceptional.
I especially want to thank you for your guidance on design and layout. The staggered cabinet depth, crown molding, and glass grout backsplash give the kitchen its individuality. Changing the fluorescent soffit lighting to LED in the ceiling was a long-time dream, and the under-counter lighting is a bonus. Rerouting the electric wiring through the concrete flooring to adjacent walls was ingenious.
I can’t thank you enough for all the extras you did without additional charge to make the whole makeover complete. Thank you for a job well done! I will call upon Fat Finger Construction again and would not hesitate to recommend you to everyone.”
You Won’t Be Disappointed…
“David and Fat Finger Construction did a gut remodel of our 2-bedroom 2-bath cottage in North Clearwater. I interviewed several construction companies but selected David and his team. His price was fair, and more importantly, he displayed a sense of integrity and professionalism that set him apart from the pack.
Our cottage was far from a cookie-cutter project. We encountered sagging floor joists, lack of insulation, insufficient ground clearance, and many other issues that far exceeded the scope. This is where David truly showed his desire to do things right, not cut corners, and charge a fair price for changes. His positive attitude showed through, as he will tell you everything is solvable. And it was. He is a good communicator, promptly answers texts and emails, and keeps you updated with lots of photos. There are no surprises with Fat Finger. You get quality work at a reasonable price, dealing with great people.”

“The attention to detail, expertise, and cleanliness is far above and beyond my expectations. Incredibly thorough and trustworthy! They even have a keen eye for style. They alerted us when the paint we selected didn’t actually match the tile, then matched it for us and wouldn’t allow us to make a mistake. That’s better than you can imagine with any contractor!”
“I have worked with many contractors over the years and remodeled many houses. Fat Finger did our recent porch addition, and it was the best contractor experience I’ve ever had. David was relentless in getting the permit issued, was there every day, and completed it on time. His attention to detail and perfection were outstanding. I never found anything he had to redo. I would definitely recommend Fat Finger and will use them for future work.”
“We love our new four-season room! Thanks to David Berry and his team, we no longer have to worry about the weather when we are home or away. We converted our lanai into a usable space for our zoo crew (birds, dogs, and cats) and us. We now have hurricane windows and doors, A/C and heat, gutters, and a roof that no longer leaks. We are thrilled with the results and look forward to using this room for many years.”
